Order cancellation<\/h4>\n\nThe order is canceled in the following cases:\n– During the electronic ordering process and while you are in the “Cashier” you can press the “Empty your cart” button to delete the items you have added to your cart.\n– If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call us and one of our partners will undertake the cancellation of your order.\n– After receiving the product, call us or contact us via e-mail explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. Product returns<\/h4>\n\nBy making your purchases from our online store, you have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in cases where, through proven fault of the store, wrong products or products of poor quality or defective products were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, or in shipment, products damaged during transport, poorly packaged, etc.).\nIn the above cases the customer has the choice either not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receipt, to return the product, within 7 calendar days<\/strong> from the day of delivery.\nIn any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, and the product packaging must be the one that accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition.
